Community Consultation
Physicians' Innovation Network (PIN) is a nonprofit service organization that assists communities in implementing a Project-Access type system of care.
Project Access organizes and coordinates the charity care that physicians, hospitals, and clinics provide in their communities.
PIN helps other communities implement Project Access systems by introducing time-tested methodology, presented by dedicated staff and a network of national experts. All facets of integrated systems of charity care are covered, from physician recruitment to technology integration to outcomes measurement.
PIN operates from the ideal of a caring, behind-the-scenes mentor. We believe it is critically important for each community to take ownership of and responsibility for, its own successes.
Services Provided During Implementation

PIN has guided dozens of communities through implementation of Project Access, ranging in population from rural communities of 22,000 to major metropolitan cities of more than 1 million.
