PIN Workshops:

If you and other members of your community are interested in having PIN staff join and/or organize community pacing events or forums, please contact us at 828-274-2267. We welcome the opportunity to generate awareness of Project Access in your community. PIN will also provide peer to peer consultation to local physicians and other community leaders wanting to learn about participation in a Project Access-type system. Past workshops have proved to be successful in securing partner buy-in as well as creating momentum and passion among the community.

Managing A Project Access

  • Learn the Project Access blueprint: patient flows, physician enrollment, services, information flows

  • Leave with the insights that make implementation and operations manageable.

Site visits are designed for community teams. Team range in size from three to twelve members. These site visits will include several community teams to facilitate learning.

Site visits are facilitated. A comprehensive workbook will be distributed to each attendee. On site time is organized around meetings with key community players in Project Access and team work sessions.
